Diese Anleitung ist die letzte Stufe der PME, bei der die Wahrnehmung auf einzelne Körperteile gelenkt wird, ohne diese anzuspannen. Die Entspannung erfolgt jetzt nur noch mental. Hilfreiche Vorstellungen (Sonne, Strand, Meer) können dabei unterstützen (wählbar). ÜBUNGS-STATUS Für alle Formen der PME kann zudem der Übungsdauer-Status - ANFÄNGER - FORTGESCHRITTEN - ERFAHREN gewählt werden. Damit stehen insgesamt 12 vollständige Versionen der PME zu Verfügung. LIEGEND / SITZEND Alle Formen werden wahlweise jeweils im Sitzen oder Liegen angeleitet. MUSIK & NATUR-SOUNDS Es kann aus 5 Entspannungsmusiken und 18 Natur-Sounds gewählt werden, die sich jeweils untereinander und an die Lautstärke der Stimme anpassen lassen.
