Use the readiness dashboard to spot missing details, upcoming renewals, and records due for review. Vault Insights helps identify possible duplicates, device dependencies, and gaps before they become urgent.

ORGANIZE IMPORTANT RECORDS

Keep family profiles, emergency contacts, identity records, insurance policies, financial references, medical information, assets, subscriptions, legal and estate references, digital accounts, nominee notes, reminders, documents, and family instructions together.

DOCUMENTS THAT STAY CONNECTED

Attach supported files to the record they belong to. Search, filter, sort, tag, preview supported formats, and run integrity checks to identify missing or damaged local attachments.

PREPARE HANDOVER PACKS

Build focused Emergency, Family Handover, Insurance Claim, Household Admin, and Digital Legacy packs. Export supported packs as password-protected PDF or ZIP files when you choose.

SHARE ONLY WHAT YOU CHOOSE

With an eligible cloud plan, share selected records, one or more packs, or your whole vault with trusted people. Recipients get read-only access, and you can manage or revoke each recipient individually. A recipient can accept and view a share without purchasing a plan.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your local vault is encrypted and can work without an account. Protect access with a PIN and supported biometrics. Screenshot blocking, app-switcher privacy masking, and clipboard auto-clear are user-controlled protections.

BACKUP AND RECOVER ON YOUR TERMS

Create encrypted local backups or choose Personal Cloud or Family Cloud for encrypted backup, Recovery Key protection, multi-device sync, and secure read-only sharing. Life Vault cannot recover encrypted cloud data without the Recovery Key, so keep it somewhere safe.
