INEC CVR

The INEC Personal Biometric Registration Application supports the Independent National
Electoral Commission's (INEC) Self-Service Registration for First-Time Voters by enabling
eligible applicants to securely capture and submit their fingerprint biometric information as
part of the voter registration process.
Applicants begin their registration through the Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) Portal.
At the fingerprint capture stage, they are directed to this application to complete fingerprint
enrolment. Upon successful submission, applicants are redirected back to the CVR Portal to
complete their registration.
