Topics move through several stages from open discussion to voting and finally to a confirmed decision. Visual indicators show the progress of each topic so members can clearly see what stage the discussion is in.

Voting tools allow participants to choose between multiple options and see the results update in real time. Once voting is completed, the results remain visible so the group can easily track decisions.
